“Everyone in our four person party loved these sandwiches, except me. So, I don't think that's fair to give lower than four, but no more than four. The flavor wasn't complex - mostly salt and brine flavor. The bread gets really soggy with all the sauce so keep that in mind when determining style. The staff is fairly welcoming and helpful when deciding what to order. Cute spot in a small town.“

“Ever since the new owners took over… we get pizza at least once a week again. This pizza reminds me of the pizza I ate at little ceasers in Detroit as a kid. It has light sauce, plenty of cheese and pepperonis. The crust is perfectly crisp. Nice work to your team!“

“We went into The Matador today telling them we just moved to Baraga about 8 months ago and have been driving around looking for our favorite pizza spots. Well they are definitely one of our favorites. We loved their crust and how the crust was cooked. Their sauce was very good. And their cheese and toppings had great flavor. We will definitely be going back for more!“
