Natalie delivered my food out to my car in the pouring rain at McDonald’s and had such a great attitude the entire time. From the start, the customer service was super friendly and professional, and the weather didn’t affect the experience at all. My fiancé and kids stopped here tonight, we aren’t originally from the Howell area but we had a great experience Austin was great. He was fast, professional, and had excellent customer service at the drive-through. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and he even gave some good recommendations around here. Service like that makes a big difference. I would definitely drive back here again just because of the great customer service I received.

I am not a fan of the self service kiosk. It was difficult to navigate and manage the payment.
