Waited about 5-7 minutes to order which should have been it. After paying waited another 28 minutes to get the wrong order that was barely warm. Took the store survey and never got any reply, just an offer for B1G1. Why would anyone return after such a horrible experience? You can keep what you're selling. Too many other places to spend my $$ to deal with this crap.
Had the wrong person at the front counter 10000%. Cold, rude and inattentive. Asked for fresh food but Fries were warm at best. Seemed like drive through team was excited and having fun.
There’s a woman who, from my experience, is often at the first window of the drive thru collecting payment. I don’t know her name unfortunately but she has a v soft and relaxed way of speaking and not long ago she had hip surgery. She is a gem. Every time I chat with her I leave feeling better. I need to find her name but she really deserves the recognition.
