This store has struggled I believe with keeping employees but the employees they do have are very kind, friendly and they make their refreshers with CARE and TASTY. The McDonalds East Grabd River employees are snotty , unfriendly appear stressed and over worked and they take no care into the drinks(refreshers) and how they make them . BUT Howell West Grand River they CARE!! Thankyou to who ever (gives it a thought when making your refreshers!!! I’d rate your store with a 10+...

Usually visit in the A.M., service is typically quick and food is fresh (for fast food).
The reason I return here repeatedly; attention to detail.
Many other McDonalds will make a mess of the frappes or other drinks and hand you a disaster you do not want spreading through your car. I appreciate this has not happened to me once here. Keep up the good work.
