They made it so fast and it was delicious! Janelle was the man! He made my experience there a blast! The other employees were also so nice! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!“

“We visited on 7/8 for a lunch. Food was delicious as always. My nephew accidentally dropped his very FULL shake and it hit the wall and spilled on the floor. The staff was incredibly kind and gracious, replacing his drink very quickly and cleaned up the mess in no time. He was VERY sad and embarrassed but Eden was so sweet and showed him such grace. Thank you for helping him feel ok with having an accident and not making him feel worse! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Best Wendys I've been to in a long time! I've been to one in Gaylord, West Branch and Grayling multiple times and the food/service is ALWAYS disappointing. This one though 10/10 recommend. “Staff seemed to not pay much attention to the front counter. They actually marked my order as served and then took an additional 6 minutes to get it to me just so they can meet their corporate metrics. When the order is ready you mark it served so your numbers are true.“

“I went through the DT today, and Rachel assisted me. She was helpful and sounded like a mom, in the best possible way. When I met her at the window, she was an absolute sweetheart. I actually cried when I left because my parents and childhood were pretty bad, and meeting her made me wonder if I had someone in my life like Rachel growing up, what a positive impact that would have been. This is a deep review, lol, but I want to make sure the management knows they have a special team member on their team.“

“First time customer, although the place was open for a long time. Really cute dining room, clean, open and light. The line moves pretty fast. Quite a few options, but I chose a bowl with rice, pulled pork, corn , veggies and caso. It was delicious! Caso was mild, which u was glad they recommended mild option. Still had a zing to it, but not too much. I think it was $10, which was not bad for the amount of food.“

“The gentleman that we’re working at this site were very well dressed, knew what they were doing, had our order made very quickly (even though it was the other subways they were making), and extremely kind!

“I mean....it's McDonald's....the food was as it usually is... Mediocre and overpriced. I wish I would've taken a picture, my chicken sandwich was missing a portion of the chicken breast. My fries were hot! I only ever eat at a McDonald's if I'm STARVING, don't want to get out of my car & if the location is convenient. All of these items were checked....so there you have it. A typical dining experience at McDonald's. 🫤“
