Went there recently for donuts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their district manager was also there and took the time to personally greet me and spend some time chatting. I would give them 100 stars if I could!
Its hit and miss honestly. Service and food can be really good depending.. I usually luck out and get the same really nice girl working and with food most of the times its good but I had a few times where everything was burnt. Otherwise its good especially for the price but I recommend not ordering food items through the mobile app because they tend to not have things in stock and its a hassel to deal with in the long run.
