Went to Dunkin for my dog who we have to put down tomorrow to get her a pup up. I didn’t realize there was a pay window and pick up window as I don’t live here. The lady at the pickup yelled at me rudly to back up. Just wasn’t a good experience for when I’m putting my dog down tomorrow. Oh and then I get home and my cup isn’t even filled all the way and I got a large.

I go here 2-4 times a week, occasionally get the wrong order lol, but not a huge deal, I just check before I drive off. Besides that, my breakfast sandwiches n coffee drinks are always great, staff is always polite n friendly, price is fair enough.

Brownsugar iced is amazing. They were very busy but still got us everything in a short time 2 large iced coffees 2 sandwiches and 2 loaded tots we were there maybe 10 minutes. As stated they were extremely busy and managed very well.
