“We had a few appointments to go to and shopping to-do. Like many people one doesn't want to cook after shopping. Lol. I am always in the mood for Taco Bell my fiance didn't know what he wanted. But he agreed to go. Well he was pleasantly surprised. We had an employee called Robert. Very helpful with an amazing personality. He got us the best deals for our buck. And I screwed up on my drink and he helped me find the right one. And of course I wanted to take home some more. I was going to get a certain thing but he pointed out with those box meals. You cannot go wrong my gosh. And it was fast service,a sweet girl in the back with a great smile got my to go ready in I swear seconds. Was our food good , for sure! Also the place was very nice and neat. I looked it over. Very impressive! So this staff does an amazing job so check it out“

“McDonalds will forever be less than 5 stars, no matter the location. Between inaccurately made food, even with modern advances in ways to show what and how an order is requested. Yes, you can blame it on human error, or the high turnover and retraining rate, but in the end, it still takes away from the experience being enjoyable. This is just based on the many years of going to many different locations, as well as this particular store, whom I've made numerous complaints against, to a point where I literally tell them I do not want their free coupons, it's the service, and accuracy that are important, not compensation for a lack there of. In the end, yes recommend it, any of them, but just don't expect it to always be as quality as they attempt to advertise.“

“My daughter and I visited from out of town and were treated very respectfully and courteously by two of the workers. However, the manager on duty was either having a bad day or is normally not too pleasant to her other employees as well as customers. There was an intense disagreement between another customer and the manager which ended in the police being called (by the manager). Basically, it boiled down to the manager’s continuous rude manner that had been pointed out by the customer. Sometimes, you just have to admit when you’re wrong and let it go. We left agreeing with the customer. I will say, throughout this 20+ min ordeal, the other two workers remained calm and professional - great job on their part!!??“

“This Subway located in Iron Mountain, Michigan is a very good Subway. It is definitely one of the best overall Subways that we have ever visited. Plenty of parking, the bathrooms are clean, the employees are trained the food tasted great. The atmosphere is good. We recommend this Subway.

“Good Subway. Fast and convenient. Has a drive through but it has a very awkward approach so sometimes it's hard to use. Lots of seating. Call your order in ahead at lunch (or use their app) for the fastest lunch time service because it can get busy during lunch.“
