“This is like the A&W's of long ago. It's always busy and with good reason. Great food at great prices and the A&W is made fresh daily. My grandson couldn't believe how different it was than what he has had his entire life. If you are close to this place and used to love it as a kid, go. Highest recommendation to just go try it. You will not be disappointed.“

Side note; I do think it's a pretty lame policy that taco bell won't let their employees (kids n people trying to make ends meet) accept tips for timely n polite service n good quality food, plus it's the holidays...lol“
“We usually have a good experience at this Wendy's. The service, depending on the time of day, is usually good. But sometimes when they are busy it's gets a little spotty. Most times they get my food right, though I always check before we leave the drive-thru. We've always been a fan of Wendy's food, the burgers are good, the fries, when properly fried, are the best. Employees are usually friendly, though sometime we see them on their phones more than they should be. But that's just how kids are today. We like this Wendy's.“
“I had a last-minute birthday party to plan (hello, hockey schedule changes) and called Pizza Hut in Iron Mountain. The GM Deeann made it soooo easy! All I asked for is to have the pizzas ready for when we got there because time was tight before the next activity. At her own discretion and desire to make the party nice for my son and simple for me, she gave us the private party room, had the tables set, had our apps hot and ready on the table and had our pizzas ready on the warmer. She found a great promotion that saved me a bundle of money (I didn’t have the time to look for promotions) and threw in a free chocolate chip pizza cookie. I cannot say enough about what she did or about the experience myself and the kids had. It was quick, on point and perfect. Please keep this in your back pocket for your celebrations and be sure to ask for Deeann.“
“My daughter and I visited from out of town and were treated very respectfully and courteously by two of the workers. However, the manager on duty was either having a bad day or is normally not too pleasant to her other employees as well as customers. There was an intense disagreement between another customer and the manager which ended in the police being called (by the manager). Basically, it boiled down to the manager’s continuous rude manner that had been pointed out by the customer. Sometimes, you just have to admit when you’re wrong and let it go. We left agreeing with the customer. I will say, throughout this 20+ min ordeal, the other two workers remained calm and professional - great job on their part!!??“
“My family got here within 5 minutes of them closing. We got our kids out of our van and then read the sign on the hours on the door. A girl waved us in. ? She gave me the receipt saying I could take their survey for a free dilly bar, which I will do! She said her name was Lexi. Thanks for the great service. We will definitely come again!“
