This is the only biggby that has forgot my cream cheese with my bagel two separate times. Very disappointing, as I m at work in Jackson when I realize it. Plus, I don’t want to eat a dry bagel
your baristas clair and Aaron (unsure of the proper spelling) have the hardest time making a proper drink. it's always wrong, I'll ask for cold brew and get and ice coffee (which is not the same). the drinks are so inconsistent when they work! I have literally had these 2 kids mess up my drink on at least 5 separate occasions (and for the price they should never be wrong! let alone consistently when those 2 work )
This is such an awesome location! It just opened but the staff were very friendly and the drinks and food that we ordered were made to absolute perfection. Will be a regular as I live close and love Biggby 💓
