I’ve visited this place four times, and unfortunately, my order has been messed up three times! The issue is that I ordered grilled nuggets but received fried ones instead. There’s a nice older lady who always checks in on customers, and when I told her I was waiting for my nuggets, she mentioned she would get me more sauce. However, by the time my nuggets arrived, my fries were already cold.

Great place, wonderful food and kind employees!
We love Chick-fil-A. Like did the first 100 event in Lansing and had party’s themed around it and what not. This location is struggling. We have never had a pleasant experience at this location. Our food is either not ready and we’ve had to wait 15+ minutes or our order is wrong/ missing items. We will continue to eat at Chick-fil-A, but we will be skipping this location.
