“My husband and I love this Biggby! It's definitely the best one in Jackson. We go out of our way to get our drinks from this location. The staff is so friendly and our drinks are always made great. “I came into parnall rd Biggby on Friday Jan 17 for my normal daily coffee, Lg iced Butter Bear with that extra shot exceptional as always. Today was amazing the staff member who is there everyday Shawna greeted me instantly when I arrived at the window as always with a smile on her face ready and willing to take on the day no matter what time it is. Between her with the exceptional service as always and the coffee being spot on every time I no longer go to any other locations this will forever be my home. This location has great customer service and quality drinks. I would definitely give a 5/5.“

“Why are the toasters shut down at 6 pm when you close at 8 pm? Please advertise this outside or online. There was entirely too much whipped cream on my latte, and I love whipped cream. It was running down the side of the cup, and it was a mess to clean up in my car, and it was all over my shirt. The girls were sweet, which made the experience better.“

“I leave 5 stars today because I bought on Facebook a Healthies 101’s gift card for my girlfriend who is in town.The person who I spoke to was so helpful and they accepted my every request even though I was tryna make a payment from Italy.Their shakes really looks good , that’s why I choose this place, and I’ll write more about the flavour on this review when my girl try it.“

“Today I was picking up a large order that was placed yesterday on the app but not communicated to the team in the store until today. At first I was told my order could partially be filled and I would be refunded the remainder. I was referred to the Manager and she handled it professionally and resolved it to perfection. It must be difficult for the team working in the store to deal with this type of issue on a regular basis. But the service and professionalism from the Manager was top notch ! This will keep me coming back as a customer !“

“My every weekday stop. Store is always clean with staff making coffee and greeting people as they enter calling regulars by name. Staff are friendly and polite. Cafe staff are always quick and the food is always great. When lines seems to start getting long, secondary cashier is always there to pick up the flow and get through customers quickly. Can’t say enough about the great staff!“
