I ordered my pizza and pasta at 6:12 online, I saw there was a 64-74 minute wait which is long, but that happens. At 7:20 the pizza tracker said it was still being prepared and when I called there were three orders ahead of mine and it should take 35 to 40 minutes. The pizza tracker said it was in Quality Check at 7:45 and right after that claimed it had been delivered. It had not. I tried calling again at 8:25 with no answer. The pizza finally arrived at 8:31. I ordered 11 pizzas, including 2 gluten free, online to be picked up at 11:00 Saturday morning for a surprise party. The Dominoes app told me the progress of the order! The pizzas were ready when we got there and all of them were exactly as ordered . I definitely will use this Dominoes in Jackson Mi on Francis Street again.
I ordered deliver so the atmosphere is rated at a one because I don’t know it. My driver was a 10/10. Super friendly. Early for the delivery. The pizza was hot and fresh. So was the bread!!!
