Waited for over a half hour in the drive thru. When they finally decided to come to the speaker, I was told sorry but our drive thru screen is broke, you'll have to come inside (mind you the 3 cars in front of me were able to place their orders in the drive thru).
the "gm" manager laughed at a blind person. how awesome for her to be working there.
when I confronted her about it she laughed again.

Horrible. They're slower than molasses in January! Our food was old and dried up.
They've done something yucky to the coleslaw, too. Will not go back. And it used to be our favorite. This was 2nd time in a row. Gave them the benefit of the doubt today. Never again.
