The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...

For tallow fries(saw on the billboard)!!! Loved them.!!! Burger was awesome also but..
Went inside, well this location needs help. Lack of either management or employees is a problem. I thought it was trashed after a rush (lunch) but reaching deeper to fetch supplies,I can see this needs more than that. Steak ‘n Shake has a good concept with tallow fries and grass fed beef(coming soon I read). I hope they rebrand and rid the dining room. It represents...

Fine food.
The 4 meals are decent value. And the cheesy fries upgrade is greasy goodness.
Steak n' Shake is no longer a diner. You order at a touch screen, there are no physical menus, and you pick up your food at the counter instead of being served at your table. They have extra large straws for milkshakes now.
Good customer service at this location.
