been at this location and it has to be the worst Wendys they forget your food after you have been through the drive they get the orders wrong all the time they forget to complete the orders correctly, perhaps it needs new management or close it 5 out 5 times there is always an issue POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I just waited in line for at least 15 minutes & when I got to the speaker they said they were closed until 1pm - it was 12:40. No sign, no heads up nothing :(
long line - someone could have come out & held up a sign for us.
Terrible service. I am willing to wait but when your ignored by staff because they are busy waiting on drive through. If the girl had just said “Be right there I would have stayed. But she came out there two times and never acknowledge me being there.
