Terrible experience. After at least 15 minutes waiting in line, the girl at the window had a bad attitude. When I asked what took so, I heard about her heavy work load; a simple sorry you had to wait so long would have sufficed. To top it off, when I asked her to mark the one sandwich so we could know which was which, she said, “Why?” and I actually had to explain. Then she said she had done my job for me! The power is out in a lot of areas of the city, so that means that everybody is here scavenging for WiFi and actually warm food. I mean everybody. The store was packed when I came in. The staff working handled this amazingly and they were so polite, despite how overwhelmed they surely were. I’m here doing homework pretty regularly and they’re always so sweet.
