Biggby Coffee the one on sprinkle and E Michigan has no Customer Service nor professionalism! I walked in now remind you I’m in sweats comfy clothes my cousin RIP shorts just tryna grab this order! Why I stood in here for about 5 mins I didn’t get greeted nor asked did I need any help it’s 4 girls here and none of them helped me or tried 3 saw me and two kept walking past me which is crazy asl! They was helping two white girls when I walked in so I let them do there thang....read full review
I order my coffee on the Bigby App so that I can cut my wait time down. I still have to wait inside because they never have more than one person making drinks and can never make a bagel in under 25 minutes. Ridiculous.
Nice service,good location. I'm an Uber driver that always buy a $5 gift card to give to my prize alarm winner. This location always gives me a nice card I can write a thank you note to rider on.
