Enjoyed Cairo's Kitchen for the first time today and it was so tasty! I tried lentil soup, which I've never had, and it was SO good! perfect on the cold and dreary Michigan day.

A great little spot in the heart of downtown K’zoo serving up delectable Middle Eastern food—my go-to for lunch and sometimes dinner. The shawarma wraps are super-delicious. I usually get my food to-go, but there is a small seating area that would do the trick when in a pinch.

My very first experience eating Egyptian food was by far and most the absolutely BEST international food I've tasted! I had the Alexandria's fish combo/served with rice, along with spinach somasas with a cream cheese dipping sauce and both strawberry and mint lemonade juices.... ALL above were excellent 👌! Sadly, I lived miles away out of state though whenever I go back to Kalamazoo, Michigan to visit again.... Cairo's kitchen will 120% will be my first place...
