This is the only Chick-fil-A I have ever had a problem with. I tried using the mobile order app, but it was not working. The worker there was there to take the order told me to just pull up to the window and they would fix it. They said the system was down and they were getting a lot of people, letting them know that the mobile order was down. Worst customer service I've ever had. even had a employee tell me he can't tell me his managers name so I couldn't call and complain. Female manager wanted to also make me feel dumb in the drive thru cause cause they messed stuff up. I can't believe its a Christian ran company with morals like that. Good luck no longer getting my business
