Food is always very good. However, I can't wait for Jimmy John's to get a new gluten-free alternative besides lettuce, which kind of drowns out the flavor of the meat and toppings. Other than that, pretty tasty and super convenient.

I ordered delivery about 12:56 p.m. I received a text that my order would be delivered by an Uber driver. Granted the weather wasn't very good today but it took 2 hours for me to receive my order. My diet coke was warm and watered down. I was very disappointed. I would rather be told that no deliveries were being made than have my food arrive two hours later with warm pop.

I'm so pleased with the service I received today from this store! Story time: An Uber delivery driver cancelled my order after picking up the food. I have ALL the screenshots showing and confirmation from Uber. The store was so very kind to go out of their way to send a replacement order which arrive very quickly. Thank you guys so much for the kindness and excellent service! I'll definitely be ordering here again, perhaps in person next time :). You really can't...
