I used to really like Jimmy John's. The food is good at a fair price, they USED to have good customer service and USED to actually have fast delivery. But this has changed a great deal. Our most recent experience has me really upset about the people they have hired and if they actually value their customers. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and two sodas. On delivery the driver had dropped on the sodas, which is fine accidents happen. She apologized and said she would be back...read full review
