Their service is slow and the delivery driver is very rude, along with the managers. It's a shame that corporate won't even return my calls.

Freaky fast does not just apply to their delivery, it also applies to to their customer service! I have eaten at various Jimmy John locations too many times to count and have never had an issue with something I ordered in the store. Today I decided to try their online ordering because I was too busy to leave work for lunch. The food was delivered less than 10 minutes from when I ordered it, but unfortunately my sub came with tomato and onion on it when I asked for it without....read full review
