Every employee seemed legitimately happy to be there. The food, service, and atmosphere were all phenomenal. The 1st man working the counter greeted me and happily took my order then communicated to me and other customers whats cooking and whats fresh and ready. i loved it. My food came out quick. The 2nd young man that brought it out did it with a smile and said if i needed anything to let me know, he was awesome! And finally the young lady in the back that never stopped moving...

I would like to say that on 7/7/26 my family and I stopped into the Long John Silver and from the moment when we walked in the crew greeted us in and made it feel very welcoming.
From start to finish order to meal delivery tine to finish it was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever seen in the fast food industry. Crescent was the gentleman who took our order and he needs to be acknowledged on his performance, professionalism, accuracy and overall work ethic....

We hadn't been to LJS in quite a few years, not because of bad food or service but just because it never came to mind. We had the 8pc chicken meal with sides. Everything was really good and the chicken was fresh!! The hush puppies and chicken reminded both me and my wife of how good it was and we were super happy to see that the taste hasn't changed.
