Walked there from the hotel across the street and the lobby was closed at 7:00. Tried to go thru the drive thru, but they wouldn’t take my order because I wasn’t in a car. This place is terrible!!!!!!

Today, McDonald's entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. From the time I placed my order. I had it all, drink, fresh hot fries, and my burger in less than 6 minutes. It's easy to notice that the entire crew works as a team to serve their customers. I highly recommend everyone viewing this to utilize the mobile app. It has many perks, even the employees suggest using it for big bonuses.

How does it always take an hour to get my food and it’s still cold and wrong??
Ordered my food thru the app and when i opened the bags i was missing 1 double quarter pounder bacon with cheese and the quarter pounder i got had no bacon on it extra pickles when i asked for no pickles.
