Door dash the wait time is horrible.. door dash should not have to wait for drive thru n people in lobby we should be able to pick up food verify it and leave

Gave me a chicken biscuit instead of a chicken griddle, then was hella wierd and rude giving it to us, then I called and was v nice about they mistake and she was rude on the phone to. Bad customer service, Kalamazoo really isn’t the place for such bold face rudeness tbh. Like I got not everyone likes all the dif type of people out there, but if I can tell you don’t like me as your clocked in you need to clock out

Now that Riverview location is gone, this is the worst in town. Food occasionally right however never get any sauce even when paid for. Get stuck with this place when ordering online... Management is incompetent fits worst in town.

Workers had a very very bad attitude. Not a welcome atmosphere. Had to wait to put in our order, served reluctantly. Food wasn’t hot, and a big problem after the coffee came with cream instead of sugar. We were the only 2 people in the whole place. Never going back there.
