Today, McDonald's entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. From the time I placed my order. I had it all, drink, fresh hot fries, and my burger in less than 6 minutes. It's easy to notice that the entire crew works as a team to serve their customers. I highly recommend everyone viewing this to utilize the mobile app. It has many perks, even the employees suggest using it for big bonuses.
I was in town today attending a funeral, on my way back home to the east side of the state I stopped here. The young man working the window was very, very kind. Said the most nicest things such as wishing my a great holidays and such. Then, the young man who gave me my food was also very nice. The two appeared to be brothers they looked alike. Anyway, it was a blessings to have such great service considering when I lived in Kalamazoo and went there I didn’t have the best experience....
I read one of the reviews and the lady actually complained that the employee told her "I got you" about the missing fries from her order. "I got you" means I got your back. Why would you complain about that. She definitely needs a cultural education class. The people at this location are doing the absolute best they can and always treat me with respect, because I'm respectful.
