Got the Italian beef and it was alright- pretty dry and not a whole lot of flavor. Also got the papas pasta and the pasta was still wet from cooking, the sauce was just basic tomato sauce and the meatballs were hard and chewy like they just been reheated for the fifth time. Not was I was expecting after reading reviews. I prolly won’t be back
We had Papa’s Italian Sausage cater our wedding. It’s the absolutely delicious, we had lasagna, Alfredo, caprese salad, breadsticks, meatballs and the sausage with peppers and onion. Everything was hot, soooo flavorful and filling. You can tell that Carl puts his heart and soul into making his food. The catering was so easy, he came in and set up in a blink of an eye. It was so so seamless. I highly recommend to everyone.
