I haven’t had Penn Station in years I was excited to order. The employees did not engage or speak unless spoken to. The greetings were dry. I ordered a Large cheesesteak with EVERYTHING on it. The best part is that pizza sauce. When I gave my money to the cashier, she didn’t speak. When I notice my food was ready, I grabbed it and left. I get home to eat my cheesesteak and there was NO pizza sauce… my receipt indicated I was supposed to have the sauce on it. I’m very disappointed...

The young people that work here are nice but there is no one managing them. When we arrived there were 4 employees doing nothing and every table and the drink station all needed to be cleaned. This has been the case every time we have been here in the last 6 months or so.

The food is excellent but a little pricey. I usually use a coupon which are usually anywhere online or if you sign up for their rewards. I've never had a problem using my coupons you just gotta show it to them
