Able to seat right away. Willing to work around my allergies. Nachos were great and very loaded. The queso really added flavor..didn't even need the salsa or sour cream. Delivery of the food to the table took way to long. No compensation for it. No manager stopping by to apologize for the delay.
The food was ok the staff were hard to get ahold of sat waiting for someone to take my drink order forever. And it was not busy at all. The history of the place is great being the old Shakespeare fishing factory
This is my favorite pub in Kalamazoo these days. Chill vibe, music and entertainment, a lot of taps, and a great food menu. Regular deals on food have the prices so low that you probably don't expect much, but actually the food is really good. $10 pizza on Wednesday is a legit great pizza. Same with the tacos. Bartender JB is one of the best.
