Extremely rude associate. We were trying to decide what we wanted and she was rushing us saying we were wasting time. She asked what bread I would like and I was in the middle of telling her when she interrupted me asking what meat I would like. Seriously? I was just getting ready to tell you, but you're too impatient to listen to me. The entire process was just rushed. The most frustrating subway in Kalamazoo. Sign says they open at 8am. But 5 out of 5 times I've tried to get service upon opening only to be told I to come back in an hour when she's done cleaning. If you want to go to a subway that follows the hours posted on the door don't go to this one. Although they say they open at 8am you will NEVER BE SERVED before 9am. So if you need to grab something quick before heading to work and you need it between 8-9am don't go to this subway....read full review
