Good food right off highway easy off and easy on
I work in kalkaska 5 days a week and frequent this location. The lunch crew is AMAZING. They are always so nice, willing to make my food fresh, and even help me out with collecting toys for my kids.
The fish sandwiches are about 1/2 the size of what they used to be. The fries are skinnier and gets cold fast.

The Gaylord Michigan McDonald's location is busy but well-organized, with friendly staff. The crew is really nice, especially the morning crew, and one particular male manager is always happy and helpful. The food is fantastic, made to order, and always hot and yummy. There have been some concerns about slow service during busy times, with customers waiting longer than expected for their orders, especially at the kiosk. However, the manager has gone above and beyond to make the experience better when mistakes occur. This store is clean and well-managed, making it stand out from other fast-food joints. Thank you to the staff for the excellent experience!
