We had such a great experience at Cooper’s Hawk, and I specifically wanted to give Paige and Deborah the recognition they deserve. Paige was our server and honestly made the whole dinner experience. We basically gave her free rein when it came to recommending wines to go along with everything and she absolutely nailed it. We ended up trying three different wines throughout the meal. The first was perfect before we really got into dinner and went great with our appetizer....
Hailey is one of the best servers we have ever had. Bright, personable, knowledgeable and gave exceptional service. Cooper's Hawk should be grateful to have her in its employment.
A wine tasting room and restaurant all in one. Food is creative and delicious. The menu has lunch and dinner specials and the wine list is extensive, featuring their house made wines, which are quite good. Not an inexpensive place but enjoyable for the money
