“Some ordinary staples like beans and lentils are more expensive than you'd pay for at the local asian markets or even supermarkets, but this place gets 5* for the dried tvp selection alone. The chicken-like tvp strips are hands-down the best vegan protein source in existence and rehydrate beautifully for stir-fry or other dishes. The nutrition facts make actual chicken look awful, and they soak up whatever sauces/spices you rehydrate them in.“

“We stopped in here for a quick lunch. The restaurant is very clean inside. They have a wide selection on carry out Heat n eat entrees. The service was friendly and helpful since we have never been to this establishment. We purchased a berry berry smoothie and 2 wraps. The food was very fresh and the smoothie was one of the best iv ever had. Not too expensive I don't think for a healthy meal.“

“Caledonia Nutrition is a great place to get all your nutrition needs. Protein shakes are delicious and filling and usually get a shake with a probiotic. The tea bombs are refreshing loaded with energy and I get collagen added to mine. They have donut shots which is a belly fat burner. Sheryl and Tiffany are absolutely amazing and super friendly. You will love this place and I definitely recommend it.“

“We stopped In since we found ourselves near here and we needed a meal. The food was very good. I had a panini that was very tasty, Janine had a bowl of some sort. We both thought the food was well prepared. It seemed to me that the prices were a little steep for what we got. Otherwise, we enjoyed our meal.“

“The hot honey chicken sandwich was delish! Sweet and spicy, messy and crunchy. All good things. The broccoli cheddar soup was just okay. It's missing something but I could put my finger on it. Really good, crunchy rolls and a great selection of drinks. Staff was friendly and your food comes out quickly. A number of the tables were dirty but it might have been because it was just after the lunch hour. Staff wiped down the tables, but not the seats, which also had crumbs on them. I would definitely come back.“
