“I first dined at the Chop House 16 years ago and to this day I must say it is still the best restaurant in Grand Rapids. Food quality as well as service is above any other restaurant in the area. First class all the way, in my opinion there is no other establishment I would call on to celebrate a special occasion.“

“The experience was excellent. The appetizer crab cake and the appetizer scallops weee really good. The bone in filet was good, but mine was small compared to my guest. The Bowdies Butter was excellent. The potatoes were good. The wine list was full of high end wine, nickel and nickel was great. The server was very good, patient and did a great job. The bar selection of cocktails was outstanding the bar tender was great. Service level by all was too notch. . Really enjoyed the evening.“

“My husband and I went for a work Christmas party…the food was phenomenal.servers were great,Kurt and Ben ,knew how to keep us happy.I suggest the shrimp,sweet potatoes and the stuffed chicken.but honestly you won’t be disappointed in anything you order.“

“We were seated right away. Our waitress was Nikki. She was excellent. Took our order and checked on us several times to make sure everything was good. I had steak and shrimp. The steak was cooked to perfection. The grilled shrimp was amazing. My husband had salmon and shrimp. The salmon was very moist and seasoned very well. Great place to eat.“
“Great atmosphere and ambiance. Food was very good and at a fraction of the cost campared to places like chophouse or ruth chris. Nice private room really makes you feel like a VIP. “The food was excellent. The service was exceptional. Our server was Hailey U. She was the best server we've had since I can remember anywhere. I don't like the surcharge on my bill. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Just raise the prices and let the customer decide if they want to pay the extra amount.“

“Loans Roadhouse features several steak choices as well as a variety of other meats. We shared an 11 oz sirloin that was tender, juicy, and we'll seasoned. The dining room was a little crowded in my opinion. But the service was timely, cordial, and supportive. We enjoyed it.“

“yes it's a good place to dine at just need a little more attention on the cleaning especially late evening! stopped in today about 8:45p floors not swept potatoes all smashed on floor napkins thrown underneath.“
