My husband tried going through there drive thru this morning. After waiting ten minutes behind two other cars got to the speaker and was told they would be right with him. Five minutes later was told, sorry we are closed now and cant help you. Seriously!? We have been trying to be supportive of local drive thru’s during this time but this was HORRIBLE customer service. We wont be back now or ever.
the bathrooms were gross, and when I asked for the handicapped ramp be cleared of ice and snow, they made a very casual attempt to fulfill my request.
