Today I did a Mobile order for a Dave’s double. It was quick and I took off to work for a meeting. 30 minutes later I open the bag to finally have my lunch and realize it’s not the correct sandwich or even close. So I went back to Wendy’s and as soon as I said I did a mobile order but got the wrong sandwich they told me to drive forward.

We eat at this Wendy's often as it's near our house. They are often inaccurate with the order (missing sauce or fries or something like that) but the food is always hot and good.
Recently, the staff argued with me about what I ordered causing delay and unnecessary conflict. Some basic customer service training seems to be missing. Argument is unnecessary, just add it and charge what is necessary.
