“Pizza was excellent! We very recently moved to the area and I picked up carry out. So I didn't get the full done in experience, I did however have to wait about 30-40 minutes past the time we were told to be there to pick up the order, but they were clearly very busy and it was right at dinner rush time. Overall, We will be back!”

“What an amazing crew!!! The man taking drive thru orders Tuesday night was great! He was letting patrons know that they were a little behind and thanking us for our patience. Let me say this there was maybe a couple of minutes wait. I’ve waited far longer before at other places that weren’t as polite and for food that wasn’t nearly as good. The food was piping hot and delicious! The cooks are definitely on their game and you know with a crew like this that management’s has got to be stellar too! To me last night wasn’t fast food but fine dining! Thank you.”

“Meghan was fantastic with getting our take out order being organized along with Ava. We drive 2 hours from Canada to have supper at the Port Huron location. Our only complaint is to corporate - pretty soon you will have to change the name to Chicken Barrel - no ham anymore, the sampler platter is gone - all the good menu items are slowly disappearing and if you aren’t a chicken lover you don’t have much choice anymore.”

“I had my baby shower hosted at Kate’s and it was AMAZING! Not only was the food absolutely incredible but the team at Kate’s is just unmatched! Communication with Kate was effortless and I felt very heard and taken care of immediately. I was able to drop things off before the shower and when we arrived an hour before the event started, they had everything decorated for us and all set up! It was so nice to just be able to soak it all in without having to worry about the details. The staff was so professional and kind, they waited on us and our guests hand and foot—making sure we had anything and everything we needed. They helped tear down after the event and packaged up all the extra food up for us to take home. I would host an event here any time I could, it’s a well oiled machine and they have everything rehearsed and well thought out. The care, hospitality and kindness that Kate’s exemplifies is just unmatched and we were so lucky to have our event there. I received so many compliments from my guests that my shower was just so incredible and they had such a great time! I would recommend Kate’s any and every time! 100/10!!! Thank you Kate!!”
