“Pizza was excellent! We very recently moved to the area and I picked up carry out. So I didn't get the full done in experience, I did however have to wait about 30-40 minutes past the time we were told to be there to pick up the order, but they were clearly very busy and it was right at dinner rush time. I ordered a Steak Grinder and got a Cowboy Grinder. Ordered a Chef Salad and the lettuce was wrong and no meat! What the heck is going on?? Can they not read what ingredients go on stuff? With the prices I should get what I paid for! I spend $75 today! We live 45 minutes away, guess I should have checked everything 🙄 before we left. Not going there again!! Will drive to Lapeer, they always get it right!“

The food, the time it took to get delivered, and the driver were all amazing. I just wanted to make it known that whoever made the pizza and the guy who delivered it deserve a pat on the back.“

The store was severely short staffed and it was a chaotic situation, however the two individuals maintained a professional attitude and were able to keep their heads about them. “Always love their pizza and side options. The BBQ chicken pizza is my go to. I tried their popcorn chicken BBQ chicken pizza this time. Over all good but not a huge fan of the popcorn chicken version. I wanted the popcorn chicken to be crispier and to have better flavor. Over all kinda bland. Would stick with the regular BBQ chicken pizza version. Never a bad choice!I do wish their prices were a bit lower or if they offered better coupons more often like other chains. Unfortunately, I don't get Jet's as often as others due to the price. But Jet's is one of my favorite places if I want to treat myself. :)“

“There is no seating... when you order from the pizza portal sometimes they don't put your pizza in even when it is done if it says it is done on your app then ask an employee and they will bring it out for you normally... has a side note we ordered two pizzas with crazy crust and they only gave us one pizza with crazy crust this was only one time and normally the service is great.“
