“Store manager was acting a bit off putting, went by the next day to talk to whatever manager was available to see what should be done. The two employees there wouldn't say who was the manager on duty. THEN when I talked to them about my experience, they blew me off and were just being condescending and rude. It was the tall chubby dude with glasses. To be real you are already serving up mediocre pizza, but to have such garbage tier customer service on top of that? Lol yikes. There are only 2 pizza places in town, guess I will just go to the other one. Anyone reading this? Papano's, the other pizza place, has pizza just as good but the employees are sweethearts. Id recommend supporting them, a local business, over some rude arrogant socially inept kids at a franchised location. ♡

UPDATE: store manager called me, explained he wasnt feeling good at all, hence the miscommunication the night of that left us feeling off put. I can get that and felt bad he was in a bad way. He apologized for him employees behavior, said his employee was completely wrong about that and that he will retrain him. I appreciated how he handled it, which made it clear why HE is in charge. He had a cool head and dealt with the issues with grace and professionalism. I updated my 1 ☆ rating to 4☆. I do think you should still support papano's, but so long as the store manager at papa johns is there and keeps his employees maintaining a professional and courteous attitude then id say give them some love too. “Take out order this evening. No idea what you put in your pizza but it was flippin' fantastic. The pepperoni had enough spiciness and crispiness to keep me grabbing slices until I couldn't waddle back for more. Highly recommend to anyone in the area here.“

“There's nothing enchanting about going to this Jet's Pizza on Chum's Corners. It feels like Alcatraz in there! Good thing is, you're in and out quickly. And your reward: some amazing pizza that just hits different. The staff used to let regulars customize a freshly ordered lunch special, but the new management put the kaibosh on that. Convenient location and quality product keep this place relevant.“

“There’s something special about the Domino’s behind Buffalo Wild Wings by the mall in Traverse City. Almost all the Domino’s I’ve been to are good. But they edge out the other Domino’s around the area. Much love. 🫶🏻

“Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Lots of variety in food and drinks, which doesn’t even include that GIGANTIC selection of alcohol and freshly made foods throughout the day. Aways a delight to stop in and just see what’s available and grab a quick slice (or two) of pizza and a pop. Highly recommend!!!“

“Haven’t been in to Buckley bar in some time now, decided to brave my three small kiddos solo and get a quick bite to eat. Great service, great staff and Robin took it an extra mile and even carried all of our leftovers out to the car for us. Grateful to have such awesome people in this little town! You rock Robin 🤘“
