“The patio view, friendly waitstaff, good food“

“I do not write a lot of reviews, and I feel like most people only take the time to leave reviews when they have something negative to say. Because of that, I actually feel a little bad that I have not written one sooner and wish I would have taken some pictures.

While I cannot speak for lunch or dinner, I have had breakfast here multiple times during my stays over the past four years, and every experience has been fantastic. The food has consistently been excellent, the atmosphere has always been clean, quiet, and relaxing, and the service has gone above and beyond what I have experienced at many other restaurants, including some very high-end places I have visited.

This time, I had the French toast, which was very good and an extremely generous portion. If I had one small suggestion, it would simply be adding a little more toppings, but overall it was excellent. The breakfast tacos were also fantastic. The only minor thing I could suggest there would be having a plate underneath the taco holder to help keep things a bit less messy.

I will say it is a bit on the expensive side, but you are at a resort in Traverse City, so what is not a little expensive there? With that said, it is extremely convenient, the quality has always been very good, and the overall experience has consistently made it worth it to me.

Again, I truly have not had a bad breakfast experience here.

I also specifically wanted to recognize Deisha and Augustine. They have consistently provided top-notch service every time I have visited. Their level of hospitality has been so good that at times it almost felt like I did not even deserve it. They both do an outstanding job and absolutely deserve recognition for the experience they create for customers.
