Enjoyed today’s tasting event of delicious wines with desserts pairings. One of my favorite Michigan wineries, Laurentide offers a rare to Michigan, must-try Fume Blanc. (Stocked up on the Barrel Reserve). Also took home Sweet Riesling, Riesling, Glacial Ice dessert wine, and the new Parti white wine with a lower alcohol content. My tasting buddy enjoyed the Emergence Red and Meritage. His preference is a dry wine but surprisingly we can share and both enjoy the Laurentide...
Greatest dessert event ever. Pairing a dessert with a wine is unique. We usually don't care them together. This will expand your use and knowledge of wine. Laurentide wines go with all food courses. Mighty tsstie!
Micheal and Michelle are absolutely fantastic! The service makes a difference. One of my friends didn’t like her wine and they were so cool about it. Very informative. Great wine!!
