I know that restaurants everywhere are short on help, but we waited 25 min in line... yes, I could have left, but my daughter really wanted Mexican food..Just need a better system is all!
So I've ordered through drive-thru recently. The previous time I specifically asked to leave off sour cream, but sour cream was still added and I picked it off. I had ordered a chicken protein bowl and it was pretty decent. Tonight I ordered two protein bowls for a friend and for myself. This time, they left off the sour cream! Yay! It was okay but a lot more rice than chicken. Rather tasty, though I specifically asked for both mild and hot sauce but only received hot sauce packets....read full review

40 minutes in a drive through at dinner time. Hire more staff. To be fair the drive through either seems to be on point or dismally slow... Nowhere in between so it's hard to know what you're going to get.I wish the mobile app was better at telling me how long the wait might be...
