“We went through on a Saturday and it was busy but they still kicked butt and got the drive thru cleared quickly! T was our order taker and btw she deserved a raise and a half because she went well above and beyond! much respect to her to be a sweet worker!“
“The manager who waited on me was very friendly and respectful. The food came out quickly and was made with care. I have been to other Arby's, and they slap it together. I ate in, and the place was very clean. I accidentally spilled some pop by the machine. I let them know about it, and they came right out and cleaned it up, and you would never know I spilled it.“
“I don't know what they are up to but it's not listening to their customers. I asked for sauces and got none. The fish sandwich was dry and the flavor was not that good. The Ruben sandwich my son in law got had to be cooked at my house before he could eat it.They seriously need to step up their game. They also need to bring back strawberry shakes, my daughter had her heart set on one. I used to love Arby's too“

“I liked one of the promotions Arby's had going on. However, trying to use the app and order "online specials" has been quite the challenge. The app is horrible, from not being able to add items to not offering Diet Coke with some combos, amongst other issue!
In my frustration, while in the parking lot, I apparently ordered for the wrong location. But thanks to the Manager (along with his employee) they stepped in and made the situation right. Probably the best customer care/service I have had at a Lansing Arby's! And that is going back many years. Thanks again, continue to go the extra step and make potato cake permanent!“
