“We were just returning home after a Dr.app. in Bloomfield, with my back surgery. When we got to Arby's, we didn't realize that they were closed to inside dining because staff shortage. By the time my husband had got my walker out and me out of the car, the manger came and opened the door for us and welcomed us in. “My husband and I went through the drive through yesterday because I’m pregnant and was craving Arby’s. There was a very long wait time, but I don’t think they are fully staffed so it’s understandable. Our order was a bit messed up, but we didn’t realize until we got home because we were in a rush due to pregnancy hanger lol. I contacted the link for complaints not expecting anything to be fixed, but we received a phone call from the manager one day later offering two free meals to make up for it. Though our experience wasn’t four stars, the service was and so was their willingness to fix the issue.“
