Arby's in Sterling Heights

“Good location in front of the shopping center with a convenient in and out to the establishment with plenty of parking. The food is good, as ususal, and although pricey, it's worth it if you want better quality fast food. The soft drink dispenser leaked on your hand when you used it and the paper towel dispenser in the men's restroom was empty, so it's a good thing this was a restaurant because napkins are available. Gift card didn't work in credit card machine and the number had to be entered manually. Dominic and his co-workers were courteous, friendly and hard working.“

“I went in here a couple days ago because the line was so long at the drive-thru. There was one person working - he said everybody else didn't show up but that he really appreciated my patience. He was able to get my order out while making everybody else's order all at the same time. I'm not sure what his name was but that guy was working his tail off and keeping that place going solo. Give that guy a raise.“

“Went for lunch and Nick at the register was great. He was very professional and pleasant . Food was hot and fresh. We will eat at this Arby’s again: I dropped my fries and Nick immediately gave us a fresh fries and cleaned up our mess. Thanks Nick .“
