“I was just up there to pick up my order that i placed online order# 1000037448874 and i was given the wrong order. I ordered two double beef and cheddar instead I received two double beef. I'm at work now so I can't come back to have it fixed. I tried to call them and nobody answered the phone and I know they are still open. I would have been really nice to receive my correct order.“
“I never have a problem at this location. My food always comes out hot and correct, I get sauce packets when I ask for them and the staff is generally polite. The place is clean for the most part. I have also eaten inside and the drive through, it is nice, clean and quiet. One of the better local Arby's.“
