Arby's in Chesterfield

“I can't say enough good things about this Arby's! Last week, I picked up an online order through the drive-thru and an item was missing. I called and the manager, Davontae, was so incredibly kind and apologetic. I didn't want to come back so he took my name so that it could be replaced the next time I came in. I stopped in today and actually met Devontae and saw first hand how his staff was working and acting. I was so impressed with him, the staff, their attention to detail, and even the cleanliness of the store and restroom! To be honest, I had stopped coming to this location years ago because it had really gone down hill, but it has definitely made a huge comeback. Please give them a try and if you're a hard working, team player, you might want to apply here and see if you're a good fit. This team takes pride in what they do and it shows. Sometimes mistakes happen, but it's how you handle them that shows your character. Devontae and this team would get 10 stars from me!“

“The employees at this store are so efficient, polite and respectful. I’ve been to a lot of Arby’s but none compare to the service at this location. I’d like to recognize a particular employee, though all the employees have been great Devante is a stand out employee. He is head and shoulders above the majority of fast food workers. I hope this store recognizes what a great employee they have in him. That kid is going places and I never have to worry about subpar food or missing items when he’s on deck. He needs promoted, he deserves it.“
