“Great service and I'd like to mention specifically I think her name was Serena might be misspelled but either way she was amazing had great customer service and the food came out fast and even though I was having a hard time hearing her (not her fault at all) she repeated herself without sounding rude or disrespectful which unfortunately I've noticed with lots of other fast food workers are not capable of (not at this location)“
“when i got to the speaker i could hear the stress in her voice. However when i arrived at the window i was greeted with a huge smile and she had my shake in hand! she apologized for the wait she explained there were only 2 employees and she would get our order ASAP.
again she brings the food with a smile (just minutes later) and takes the time to say thank you for being patient and i hope you an amazing meal......she even remembered our sauces and napkins!!!! Anna was amazing !“
