“Update: went again and still had a very nice experience and food.
This is a pleasant place to eat. The dining room is clean, music appropriate volume, and a nice variety of tables. The drive thru is the priority, so it took a few minutes to get service at the counter, but it was friendly, and food came reasonably quickly.
The bathroom had soapy water all over the floor. It was very clean, but slippery and made my shoes stick to the dining room floor.“
“Stopped in for a dinner order of three, ready for shakes, only to find out that the machine was down. Okay, more than a letdown for a hungry work crew at dinner time. But to their credit, the team at Arby’s handled it efficiently: no excuses, no runaround, just a clear explanation and an immediate offer for a refund for all the meals. Fantastic way to deal with a miss. For now, sort the machine, but keep that level of service. Until next time, shakes and all!“
