Trinity is an amazing employee! She was working by herself today when we came in and it was an early evening rush. She handled the rush like a boss! We will definitely come back to this location. Even under pressure, she was sweet and helpful, and in my opinion, she is a very valuable employee. I look forward to seeing her the next time I'm in the area!

I drove to Lansing to pick up an item from Facebook Markeplace and saw this location and stopped in. The barista was really nice. Somehow we landed on the subject of our favorite movies while she made my drink. Hail Mary, Spaceman, F1, and One Battle After Another. I wish we had more time to chat. Bigby coffee is always the best. Hands down my favorite chain!

The atmosphere and service at the Biggby 517s always seem hit or miss. I’m a regular Biggby customer though, so maybe that could be said about any establishment one frequents often. This particular visit was quite enjoyable. Thank you!
